Job title: Studio Manager
Part Time: 15 - 20 hours per week
(very likely that this will expand into a full time role).

SBJ is a rapidly growing online business, and we need your organisational finesse to support SBJ’s social media managers.
You’ll be responsible for both front-end communications and back-end logistics in a diverse and dynamic role that will see you supporting our members, setting up back end systems and providing PA support to our Director, Jarrah Brailey.
A big part of your role will be managing our back-end systems. You’ve got a great technical ability, are able to seamlessly skate yourself through the backend of Asana, Social Media Scheduling tools, and don’t bat-an-eye at posting to multiple social media accounts. Things like Instagram, Facebook, Asana, Canva, Google Docs, Xero, and Gmail are like second nature to you.
As for the front-end of your role, which will also become a large part of your role will involve supporting our incredible portfolio of clients. Basically, we want to deliver above and beyond for them. You’ll also support Jarrah in day-to-day comms, calendar management, and general organisational magic.This will initially start as a 15hr per week role which will increase during our promotional periods. The role can be done virtually, but Sydney (and surrounds) based applicants are preferred.
A day in the life of our Studio Manager:
Team management, i.e. delegating tasks, setting deadlines, task scheduling
Responding all general enquiries that we receive primarily via email
Assist in managing Jarrah’s diary
Other tasks (such as copywriting) to support our social media managers - during our busy periods
You are a:
Self-starter and can think for yourself
Excellent team player and also have the ability to work independently.
Have a genuine interest in business building for creative entrepreneurs
Generate fresh ideas regularly and bring them to the team
Proactive and solution-oriented.
Extraordinary customer service, organisational and time management skills.
